How technical do users need to be to use this service?

The ApexDrop app makes it easy for all users to access their collabs. On the app, users can browse collabs, request to join, and manage their collabs. If any issues arise, the ApexDrop Support Team is always easily accessible and ready to help.

Do we need to install any tracking on our websites, etc.?

No. All tracking with our program can be done with hashtags. We don’t share links in the sampling campaigns as it’s a discovery model and you don’t want your brand to be seen as “salesy” in the native feed.

Upon downloading the app and creating an account, creators are typically reviewed within 5 business days. Creators are notified via push notification and email, and it may take up to a few weeks to be notified about collabs. Shipping times may vary, but after joining a collaboration, you'll typically receive the product within one month.

At ApexDrop, we take brand safety seriously, and our Brand Safety Protocol ensures compliance and disclosure for our Product Testers. We provide clear guidelines, educate our testers, monitor their content, and have a plan in place to address non-compliant content. Our Network Membership Terms require FTC compliance, double age confirmation, and legal disclosures in regulated industries. What do I do if an influencer that shared my product somehow gets canceled?

In the unlikely event that an influencer makes a statement or representation that is false, misleading, or inconsistent with your brand's values or messaging, and there is negative backlash towards your brand or the influencer, we will work with you and the influencer to make things right. Remember, our Product Testers are customers first; therefore we treat them as we would any customer who tried your product. This space between your brand and the product tester is what makes ApexDrop's system safer than others. The influencers are customers who decide to test your products on their own terms and therefore do not have a direct partnership with your brand.

What do I do if there is a concern about a post during an ApexDrop campaign?
Due to the nature of our agreements with the Product Testers becoming customers first, we can further ensure brand safety. In the event that you have any concerns or questions about the influencers or media generated by our product testing campaigns, we will work closely with you to address them and take appropriate corrective action. We are committed to providing a safe and effective product testing experience for your brand.
